They called within 15 minutes and I had an appointment booked for a few days later.
They showed up exactly on time, cleaned everything thoroughly, took away the debris and left the property as clean as they found it.
Owner was on site, very nice hard working guy. This is a genuine contractor who sincerely thanked me for the opportunity to do business.

The office staff was extremely friendly and knowledge. They quoted me a price over the phone that was very competitive and fair. They confirmed and send email notifications the day prior as a reminder and the crew showed up 30 minutes early which was awesome.Over the course of 1.25 hours, they cleaned out all of our gutters with a pressure hose, removed all debris down any lines. The guys were really friendly and explained to us everything they were going to do during the cleaning.They were fast professional and very clean, they picked up all the leaves and debris on our patio and deck leaving no mess behind!They also brought to our attention on corner that was loose and recommended we have the miters replaced, which I agreed too and it was only $30 dollars for that service, which again was awesome.I absolutely recommend Monteverde Gutters for all your cleaning, replacement and service needs!Thank you! read less

Jerry was able to come by late in the Summer and assess my house's system and make some recommendations. They provided two choices when they quoted the job and provided an overview of the pros and cons. This helped me make an informed decision.As for installation, Jerry's crews are always professional and courteous. Before starting the job, we did a walkthrough and confirmed the scope of work. From there, the crew went to work and cleaned the gutters, then installed the covers.Overall, a 4-5 hour job and they look fantastic. I look forward to seeing how they hold up with all of the leaves about to fall and the Winter season ahead.Thanks to Jerry and your team! From beginning to end, I remain pleased with their service. The high winds continued to have the gutter crash against my side house wall which was creating such a loud noice that my family and I and ( I can imagine my neighbors included) could not sleep through the night. Early the next morning the owner was at my house fixing my gutter which may I add, he managed to save.... I thought I was going to need a new one. To my surprise, a kind lady called me back within an hour and quickly scheduled my gutter cleaning service, a team of 2 (one of whom was the owner) showed up a few minutes early on the day of the appointment, cleaned up everything, and even accepted my credit card payment. Very professional, respectful, and hard-working (it was in the 90's that day!). They offered a non-binding agreement to lock-in the reasonable price I paid for future gutter cleanings, which I signed up for! Looking forward to using them for years to come! Not only did the repair I asked, but went way beyond and did a couple of little repairs without charging me. I was out at the time when they showed up yesterday. He fixed one leak on the spot and suggest contacting a carpenter to work on the chimney attachment. Really appreciate him remediated the issue in such short notice.
